چکیده
Ejector-based refrigeration systems can make direct use of many forms thermal energy, such as solar thermal, waste heat, biogas, or natural gas. The present paper describes the estimation coefficient performance (COP) a binary fluid ejector ground source heat pump (BFE GSHP) cooling system. A method for selection was defined based on favorable thermo-physical properties working fluids. short list pairs were selected their BFE GSHP Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) investigation conducted and suitable geometry is proposed high compression ratios encountered in applications. mixing between primary secondary fluids investigated using physical analysis CFD results. effect fluids’ system also discussed.

Determining the optimal size of a ground source heat pump within an air-conditioning system with economic and emission considerations
One of the most challenging issues in modern-day building energy management involves equipping the buildings with more energy efficient facilities. In this paper, a hybrid system for cooling/heating for a residential building is developed and optimized. The system consists of a ground source heat pump (GSHP) as well as an electric chiller (EC) and boiler. The model is implemented in MATLAB ...

The earth’s surface acts as a huge solar collector, absorbing radiation from the sun. In the UK, the ground maintains a constant temperature of 11-13oC several metres below the surface all the year around.1 Among many other alternative energy resources and new potential technologies, the ground source heat pumps (GSHPs) are receiving increasing interest because of their potential to reduce prim...

In this paper, the performance of an ejector cooling system and the effect of the following different working fluids such as water, ammonia, R134a, R141b, R12, R600 and R245fa are described and the effects of cycle parameters on the consumed heat and work and COP are studied. This cycle with the working fluid R141b has the least COP while the working fluid R₁₂ in comparison with the other worki...
